Lynn’s focus is on IA, UX, and Content Strategy. She works with clients to understand their business goals, marketplace, and user needs, in order to create and then execute a clear project strategy and content structure.
As a bonus, she has over 20 years of project management experience. She has spoken at numerous local and national conferences on a variety of topics, and hosts an annual conference for digital project managers called Manage Digital.
Recognizing Good Content Strategy
When visiting other sites, I focus more around the space and the user experience. I'm always looking for how easy is it to scan and digest and pull in content. And then, the extra icing on the cake when someone can delight you and provide a cool interaction or something to make you think further.
